Good and cheap ssd!

I want some recommendations for a good but cheap ssd (preferably under 50$).

I don’t need a really speedy ssd just one that’ll survive a long time with decent speeds. M.2 would be nice too! (sata or nvme)

Crucial's MX500 or Samsung's Evo 960 (or whatever number they're up to now) are my recommendations for inexpensive but reliable SSD's from reputable companies. The 250GB can be had for $50, and the 500GB version for $17 more.

So a wd green m.2 would work fine?

Thanks for the recommendations but sadly here in sweden the mx500 is around 65$ (although thats pretty good)

Hell no. I don't know who recommended Samsung, the most expensive ssd manufacturer as a value option. SATA is fine, and if it was up to me I'd get a larger drive than a bit faster one. Go with the green
