computer wont boot

i have a striker II extreme with a intel core 2 quad (that is compatible) 2x2gb ddr3 crucial ballistix sport ram and a gtx 760 with a 600watt power supply. when i press the power everything looks normal but NO VIDEO and USB DEVICES DON'T TURN ON and after a little wile the cpu fan shuts off but the gpu fan is still going and the "on light" is still on. idk what the problem is i have tried a gt 630 and the fan on it stops almost as soon as it starts.

Do you have any other motherboard you could try with?

Can you try assembling the system outside of the case and jump-starting it with a screwdriver?

i have tried all of the parts that i listed on a different mother board and it worked fine and the mother board has a power switch on it and i have tried using that to boot it and same result

Then it's the board, it's dead. At a perfect time for an upgrade.

I don't doubt that. But it's a board from 2008. Boards do not last 11 years usually, that board lived a long happy life.
