Hard disk is not getting detected and is making ticking sounds.When i went into the device manager it said the device was not initialized ,pls help i have a lot of important files on the drive.

it is a wd easystore harddisk of size 2 tb. I tried many data recovery softwares ,watched every youtube video about the issue non of them worked.

From what you have described, it appears the drive is dead. You can get a quote from a professional data recovery service if the files on the drive are that important, however this service can cost several hundreds of dollars, maybe more.

so is there any place that provide this kind of service in India i don't care how much its gonna cost.
