I do not know where resellers are sending graphic cards, but it seems very strange that they sent it on January 29th and did not even arrive at the service center?
Why does the parcel when you order something from abroad come within 3-7 days? but the RMA from the graphics card is not even around there.

What store? What gpu? What manufacturer? what country?

Going through the re-seller will take longer because it adds another step to the process, usually you should just send it straight to the manufacturer, especially if its sapphire. They have great RMA speeds.

 

Have you talked to the reseller about an update?

Yes I did. I asked for information and they had no idea yet. They shipped it but it did not arrived to the service center yet.

They told me they gonna message me when they get information from sapphire.

I contact sapphire support tickets they using gave them my serial number of the product (i have a picture of the gpu box )

and they told me they do not have it yet.

So thats why im confused because its been 15 days (11 working days) since they send it to sapphire.

You can see if they can provide a tracking number for your card's shipment to Sapphire.  There's not much that you'll be able to get from people on the forums, this is an issue that only you and the reseller can really work out at this point.

So u think I should messaging reseller more? Because I don’t want to look like I’m desperate but I am. I really need the card. Thank you for the help! :)
