Google play services battery drain

Hello, just today Google play services has been using a lot more battery life then normal. Is there any way to fix this? Top screen shot is from yesterday and bottom is from today. I have a Galaxy s9+ on Android pie and my phone is hotter then normal

You should check if its updating apps in the background. If not, just disable background app usage from that app
