Intel XTU wont install??

I recently bought a Razer Blade Stealth (late 2017) with an i7-8550. I've looked in older posts where people have turbo on their processor using the Intel XTU app but it says its not compatible with mine. Can someone explain to me why I cant even install XTU?

XTU is just a tool to change some BIOS settings from Windows. Turbo is on by default.

Then shouldn't I be running faster than 1.9 GHz?

Yes, what do you use for monitoring?

HWMonitor. I also seem to have a problem with my Wi-Fi now. Maybe I need to contact Razer...

Can you access BIOS? Thats the place to fix anything like that. But I agree also that if wifi isn't working properly, there might be some issue with mobo.

I can access the bios, and turbo is enabled. As for my wifi, I figured out the problem. My DNS server was set to manual. I changed it to auto and it works fine now.
