Touchscreen Issues?

Windows 10 by default makes touchscreens left click after press. I'm trying to make it to where it left clicks upon press rather than after. I'm making human machine interface and I need to be able to send an input same as a mouse with my finger. I've got to hold things in for the period of time I'm pressing not just a single press.
