So what do I do ?

You could try installing and running a mobile antivirus application such as Avast, you could revert your phone to factory settings, you could flash a stock ROM to your phone. Listed in the order of easiest to hardest.

Note that antivirus isn't 100% guaranteed to remove it.

And can I know for sure ?

If it's a sketchy application you downloaded from an unknown site that's screwing with your phone, there aren't many other things it could be. Netflix is not a free service, the fact that you signed up for free with a random app you downloaded in and of itself is a big red flag. The second red flag would be the fact that it's screwing with your phone and recording audio.

It's the dodgy Netflix app you installed. Uninstall it and your phone will be fine. Welcome to the other side of "well MY device can do anything cause it isn't locked down".

Also, change your Netflix password cause that is almost certainly compromised now.
