Stuck in boot loop!

DaveTheMushroom

When i turn on my desktop it starts for maybe 3 seconds and then shuts down and starts again.  Back story time!  So in preparation for getting a new graphics card I updated my computer to windows 10.  ( I used it for severely hours with out any problem).  After I updated it, I then began transferring the computer to a new case.  I took all the normal precautions.  Once I got the motherboard in I did a check to make sure everything was all right.  That is were the problem arose.  Since then i have tried unplugging and re-plugging everything in. Resetting the ram, different ram, a different power supply and resetting the bois with the battery thing.  So Im really hoping i didn't fry the motherboard some how. Please Help! :(

I would recommend taking it all our of the case and try booting it on some sort of test bench, the motherboard box makes a surprisingly good ghetto test bench, see if it can boot from there. If it does it is very possible that something in the case is shorten out a part of the motherboard, most often there is an extra standoff or some piece of the case that may be bent or something that will bridge contacts on the back
