Weird problems with 1.1.1.1 app

I've been using the 1.1.1.1 app for almost a month now? And I've noticed that sometimes with it enabled, pages don't load. I have to disable it and then pages start to load again. Am I doing something wrong? 

 

I've included screenshots. When the service is enabled the the speed is in bits and when disabled you can see pages began to load again

No, you are not. I too have experienced issues, so much so I changed them out for others. Tehy were intially great, but I think the demand for their services has outgrown their capacity

Started happening to me after a while. Eventualy decided to switch back to OpenDNS.
