PC disk usage and reboot/restart loop

Hey, around 3-4 days ago my pc crashed without any notice and it was stuck in a reboot/ restarting loop. I tried pressing restart button and it was still stuck on restart loop. After around 20 minutes, the pc didnt crash and it finally booted correctly. I went on task manager and i found out that the disk usage was on 100% alll the time. So i turned off windows search and it did fix the disk usage issue but the reboot and restart loop was still there. So now everytime i start my pc it goes on a restart loop for around 10 minutes before starting correctly. The pc only crashes whenever it loads windows 10. I can reach the bios also. I dont want to spend money on a pc technician so i hope you guys could help me with this issue.

Also when was the last time the computer was defragged?
