Not the best for streaming, gaming by itself will be fine, I put a ryzen 5 cooler on a ryzen 3 as its slightly bigger still gets 70c+ while gaming.

Generally, it should be fine. Here's a comparison of the different AMD stock coolers on the 2600. You have the Wraith Stealth.

If you overclock to 4GHz, it may start throttling, but beyond that, you'll be running good temps (Although it may not be quiet).

In my experience stock coolers have always been worthless unless you have extremely good airflow in your case AND the computer is in a cool room. Come summer, you're screwed and it'll be throttling or shutting down constantly, even at stock speeds with p states or c states or whatever they decide to call them this week to lower speeds at idle.

AMD stock coolers are pretty decent these days.

The Wraith Spire on my wife's Ryzen 5 1600 is cool and decently quiet even with a 3.8ghz OC.

Nah not really. My 1600's stock cooler was nearly worthless at stock clocks and couldn't handle any OC whatsoever, even in a cool room. This was with TGK so we're not gonna blame this on the TIM or something.

That seems like the exception, not the rule.

How good is Ryzen 5 2600 Stock cooler? i plan on gaming and streaming

In decent enviroments with normal load, no OC its OK.

Not the greatest one and they used a 2BB Fan, with a bit Motor Noise but its fine.
