Input lag

Hello recently i've had some input lag while playing gamesand i dont know what causes it i tried everything disabled vsync,aa,control panel options and nothing helped..At first i thought it might be the game or servers in game but im pretty sure its my pc and when i restart it it goes away.

Can someone please help me its really annoying.

Also it seems that i dont have activated windows and there is Activate Windows watermark at the bottom right of my screen.
