I've been recently looking into gaming headsets because the one I currently own is like $25 and I came across the Sennheiser x Massdrop PC37x gaming headset. I was so happy I found it because it is cheap at only like $120 and have good mic quality, sound quality and is comfortable. Sadly, just today I realized that they are actually open back. I know that open back headphones give a better soundstage which sounds better but I also know that anyone near you can hear what you're listening to. I share a room with my younger brother so I would not like him hearing the Linus Tech Tips videos I'm watching and the Discord calls I'm doing with my friends. Is there any other good gaming headset because now that I know that the PC37x gaming headset is open back, I probably won't be getting it.

Don't even buy a gaming-headset.

I would try some cheap closed-back or semi-open headphones - what about the Omnitronic SHP-600? Or Superlux, when they are available in your country.

Superlux has many closed-back or semi-open headphones.

Just buy a pair of headphones you like and then buy a Zalman ZM-1 Mic. It's a better combo than every "gaming"-headset you find on the market.

Creative Aurvana Live are $60 and sound magnificent. A little bassy and build is not that great, but are so worth it.
If you can afford these then I couldn't recommend them more if you were going for closed back.
AKG K550/553, DT 770,  Audeze Sine (closed variant) and Creative Aurvana Live. These are the absolute best you can get under $500. Now, if you want a cheap microphone that sounds good, then the Samson Go might be right for you, they're really good for the price.
Here's a great little video on them.
