Upgrading My Rig

Looking to upgrade my rig from the FX-series platform. I am going to be gaming with some video editing and streaming. I am shooting for 1440p as I am ready to move up from 1080p. Will need a monitor included in the build as I don't have a 1440p monitor. If possible having options on both platforms would be great. Budget is 1000-1350 USD. Any help would be appreciated thanks all.

I hope you arent playing demanding games, because that's not exactly a generous amount by 1440p with monitor standards (especially if you go with high refresh rate monitors)
