Should I get a 780ti now, or wait for maxwell? Also, when are the higher end maxwell cards expected to come out?

We don't know what the performance will be like, so I can't tell you either way. And "sometime in early 2014" if memory serves me.

If you have a gpu which is capable at the moment then i would hold off if you can but if you need a gpu now i would get a 780ti
