Pc will not Col

I have a Corsair H55, 120mm which is cooling my Amd fx 9590. For some reason I can no longer hear the pump  noise and my cpu runs at 70° when I do my light gaming. The fans ramp up but the pump does not cool my cpu. Any suggestions?...

RMA? I think I heard that the old H55s had pump problems :(. Either RMA or open it up and see if the pump still spins.

My PC is a fast boyo:

6700K - 32GB - 1080 - 256GB EVO

^^You don't need more info than this right?^^
