Windows 1809, I cannot

Is anyone else having issues updating to Windows 1809?  Every time I check for updates on Windows it tells me there are none however I am still on 1803.  I'd like to try out ray tracing but cannot seem to get Windows to recognize it needs updates.

 

I've looked around and some claim to have issues with installing the update but no one seems to mention it just doesn't show up.

Here's a link to the ISO. Just do an in-place upgrade (can be done inside Windows by just double clicking the ISO to mount, then running setup).
