Is the msi b450m gaming plus good. Or should I go with bazooka plus?

I’ve also read that bazooka has bad VRMs and mortar is above my budget...

I assume you mean the b350 with that? those are bad

 

the b450's are actually pretty good. but the most money/vrm you can get is the pro4m from asrock
