SSD migration issue

Hi I have a Dell XPS 13 9343 model with 128gb SSD and I bought a new Samsung 860 Evo 500gb m.2 sata version to swap . I downloaded Samsung migration software . I have connected the new SSD via USB and the software detected both SSD .once cloning started it shows an error message "CANNOT CREATE A SNAPSHOT". Can anyone give me a solution for this it's very urgent reply asap...
