Old Dell XPS acting very weird

So I'm trying to sell this older Dell XPS Ultrabook and I go to restart the thing and it shows me a message telling me that I need 3.9 Trillion gigabytes in order to restart it...I'm not kidding. I don't even know where to begin to fix that because it's still running windows 7 and there's no other option to really wipe the hard drive and stuff so like, I'm pretty stuck. I'm not sure what to even try so I'm hoping someone here can help me figure it out.1106724452_dellxpsmotherfucker.thumb.JPG.9fc77393f1f70afd8dcfe55327409f5e.JPG
