issues while playing on a laptop

hello and good day! 

well first of all i have an MSI gs63vr wonderful laptop but im starting, well a few weeks now, to have a problem while playing The witcher 3, the games hangs itself and i need to ALT+Tab so i can do anything then the game just closes, a few times i got a BSOD, but the most recent one showed up the next message: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ( 020519-11406-01.rar). i can add that i can play GTA V or Dirt 4 with no problem,

I then go to the Reliability Monitor to check the error and the pics is what i got!

i have all the latest drivers except the video drivers because i did a rollback to see if the new drivers were the cause of this problem but apparently not, i have  the latest build of windows 10 x64 and BIOS also!

this is very annoying, so if there is a solution i could apply would be wonderful that you guys provide it.
