Need help with first build

Hello there,

I'm really not that knowledgable regarding PCs and building them, neither do I have any friends that do either.
Thus I'd like to request some help with finding the right parts.

Mostly care about good FPS but graphics should not be too shabby either.

1. Budget & Location

Budget: 1.500€ (could surely bump that up by 100-200€ if needed)
Location: Germany

2. Aim

-Gaming (along the lines of Warframe, Destiny 2)
-VR

 

3. Monitors

One. (might get a second one in the future)

 

4. Peripherals

Already have everything I'd need.

What resolution? What refresh rate? 1080p super high refresh rate(240Hz), or 1440p/4k 60Hz/100Hz?

 

Do you have a monitor or monitor has to be included in the build?
