Cloudflare AAAA record not connecting to the ipv6 webserver

I am trying to use cloudflare to point my domain at an Apache2 webserver hosted on a IPv6 only VPS. Currently, I am getting a 522 error.

 

I know my webserver is working as putting the IPv6 into ipv6proxy.net shows me the default apache2 page.

 

If anyone knows how to do this correctly please help
