So recently I bought a new desktop that could run most games at very high or ultra on 1080P butter smooth, but on battlefield 1 it had a hard time running it and it’d surprise me if my computers specs are the problem, but the weird thing is I can switch to low settings and get around 40 FPS and then switch back to ultra and then i still get 40 FPS.

 

Motherboard: GA-H110M-S2H

Processor: Intel Core i5 7400 3ghz (stock cooler)

8gb of ddr4 ram 2400mhz

Graphics Card: RX 580 Strix OC edition 8gb

PSU: Corsair RM650x 80+ gold certified

Storage: 1TB Seagate & 512 Samsung 860 Pro SSD

BF1 is a heavy CPU game, you're likely hitting a CPU bottleneck. What is your CPU usage during game play?

Yep, thats the problem. CPU bottleneck in that game.

You need more RAM for this game and the CPU is kinda meh....
