New HTPC/File Server

I will buy a new HTPC/File Server.

I have found all parts for the build will here what you guys think of it or i need to change some thing :)

MB: why? It is a mini-itx whit 6x sata and can run raid 5.

Asus P8H77-I

CPU: why? It has the new intel HD4000 Grafik. i will use that for XBMC and 1080p movies :)

Intel 3225

Ram: why? I can run those ram whit 1.25v on 1333MHz. Will save me some watts on the power :)

Kingston HyperX LoVo 2 X 4GB

PSU: why? Is 80 Plus Glod and dont need more power then this

Sea Sonic G Series 360

CPU Cooler: why? Will give great air flow down to the MB to cool that as well

Noctua NH-L12

Raid Disk: why? thy are mede for Nas and Raid and should be quiet

WD Red 3TB

Case: why? Small and has room for 6 HDD and can have a full ATX psu

Fractal Design Node 304

OS disk: why? I have one i dont use

Seagate Momentus XT 320GB

I thing this will be great but what do you thing :) something that i miss ?

I would recommend an 120 ish gig ssd for the operating system! but otherwise it looks great
