Ram speed at 2133 instead of 3000 pls help

Hey the ram in my computer is the Corsair Vengeance 16gb 3000mhz set and it's only running at 2133mhz and the xmp profile isn't working.

The specs are:

Ryzen 5 2600 cpu

ASRock b450 Pro4 mobo

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 2x8 3000mhz DDR4

GTX 1070ti

Please help I just can't figure it out.

You tried it via bios  to set a speed + xmp?

Yeah, I enabled the xmp profile 2.0 (idk what the 2.0 means), and set it to 3000 but next to it it says 2133 and that never changes.

Did you install the RAM into the correct slots as specified in the manual?
