Hey everyone,

Steve here from PC Budget Solutions and I am curious on how many of you handle this struggle.  So to give you an overview of the problem.  So I work in the cybersecurity space as well as run a Tech Channel.  Unfortunately due to YouTube's stupid new rules of 2018, I cannot monetize anymore.  So until I can get monetization back, I don't quite have enough cash flow from the business to pay someone.  So what I often run into is, I may film 2-3 nights a week, shooting 1-3 videos each day, then edit them on Tuesdays or the weekends.  But some of my videos come days or weeks after filming, so it is often tough to keep up and remember how I initially shot the video and wanted to edit it.  How do you content creators who also work a 9-5 (more like an 8-6 for me), keep up with putting out good content?  I already only sleep 5 hours a day :(

Set a schedule.

How long does it take to make videos? If 8 hours, do it on Saturdays. If 1~2 hours recording and 1~2 hours editing, do an hour a day. Set a clock so you only work in those hours.

Do you have a patreon? Perhaps advertise it.

Keep time to yourself unless you genuinely fully enjoy the ENTIRE video making process of YouTube.
