What is going on here? Help!

I have build new pc, has not been doing anything in bios except changing boot priority and turning on XMP mode. I did turn on advanced mode and even didn't look at OC menu but after rebooting system this happened (picture included). I made this picture, turned off advanced mode quick then reboot. After reboot it load at normal speed, so I thought it was because advanced mode but few boots later it happened again. I was booting few times in a row and approximarily one time on five it boots … overclocked? WTF? What is happening here? Help me please I don't want to burn my new rig :(

since both your ram and cpu speed has gone up alot it seems like something is messing with your base clock

 

set up an oc profile with just your norrmal settings see if that works

I have no idea. Are there any profiles set up in your bios? Like this is a mystery. Try updating your bios and if it doesnt work then make a custom profile yourself.
