Hi,

I purchased Define S2 case, however the front panel got broken on shipment, I have contacted Fractal and they said that they will replace it for free. However They stopped the communication with me for 7 days now.

Is there any where I can buy a front panel? Also I have noticed that they've released Meshefy S2 as well, is it compatible? Can I buy this front panel instead?

Thanks

Wow that is some damage!

I would just keep trying, keep bugging them...this day and age hardly any company will go out of their way for you, I seem to always be prying at them for what I need.

If you have Twitter you can @ their support and if that doesn't work you could potentially @ fractaljosh. I've seen him reply a time or two on customer issues and get the ball rolling.

As far as replacements I don't know of anywhere they sell front panels like that.

Thanks!

Chris R.

Does Fractal Design have enough information from you to send you a replacement panel? From my experience, their customer service is pretty good but it's not abnormal for communication to be a bit slow even if a replacement has already shipped.

Yes I did share everything 7 days ago.

I think the Meshify S2 front panel should fit so it wouldn't hurt to ask them for that if possible.

Have you tried contacting the retailer you bought the case from for a replacement? That's where I would go before the manufacturer.

Thanks for the reply, I did but they don't have replacement parts. I can't risk ordering the same case again. I have a feeling that it will break again.

During those 7 days, I did ask about the meshify S2 front panel, however no reply as well.

The Define S2 is far from a fragile case and Fractal Design's packaging is good. This is most likely the fault of the delivery service handling the package poorly.
