Cheapest 1080p Ultra Build?

Caleb SF

This build wouldn't be for me, but they mainly only play 1080p. I was wondering what the cheapest build would be for 1080p gaming at ultra settings on games such as grand theft auto V. I really like Ryzen and would definitely consider builds with it!

Alright I got a build and spent a little more then cheapest for some nicer gear. You can downgrade it but I recommend getting it looked over by someone who knows computers a tiny bit better then I do. I know computers I’m just not the greatest at em. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6FNtFt

Huh thats a pretty solid build! I don't need a hard drive, so I might consider changing out the case. I'll definitely keep this in mind!
