Need help upgrading

So im stuck with my old FX-6300 and im looking to upgrade.

 

Here is the parts that I would like to buy for the upgrade and I would like to hear if it is worth getting this or if there is other options that I could use, my budget is $450.

(BTW my GPU is a 1050Ti OC Zotac card)

 

CPU/Motherboard
