Schedule email in Gmail

I know this is all over the internet, but I can't seem to find the send later button. Am I missing something? I need to know within the next (around) 20 minutes.

ohhh. I was going to schedule a time to spam my friend but I guess that doesn't work. Dang it!

Yeaaa school got out early cuz of snow and I don't have any jobs. And I don't have a pc to play games on, or a console.
