Pump / Fan control software

Hey guys, I have been researching a bit but it seems like those with MSI motherboards have been having trouble with some fan control software.

I have been using MSI Command Center, but sometimes it will shut my TT Riing fans off completely. If I am able to get them back on without a restart

the LED's will not come back on. 

So I was wondering what anyone would suggest as far as fan and pump control software, I prefer not to go through bios a million times perfecting it.

I have an MSI Z170i Gaming Pro AC ITX motherboard 

a 6700k & 1080ti both cooled with a custom loop.

I have 3 TT Riing fans connected to the Syst fan header

My pump and 2 Vardar fans are connected to the CPU fan header.

 

While on the subject, I am looking to replace my EK on my radiator with something much more quiet. any suggestions besides Corsair ML series.

Get a Aquacomputer QUADRO (PWM only) or Aquaero 6 Lt to control your loop.
