windows 10 crashed when starting up

when I start up my laptop it starts windows 10 and then it cracheses… every time and i dont know what to do

Did you recently upgrade to windows 10?:  yeah it was an windows 7 pc but 4 jears ago i updated

 

Have you done any windows updates recently?: no becouse i cant enter the logingscreen

  

Is your PC new did you just install windows?: no ist from 2010
