PC wont do anything help please

I have had this pc built and running fine for months ,but earlier i went in to play games and the screen was black and unresponsive so i held power button and it restarted and the i left it for about an hour and came back to a black screen again.

 

Now restarting does nothing but restarts itself a couple of times then it stays started but theres no output and the error code on mobo is 00. Its not overclocked .

 

things i have tried tonight but didnt change anything:

 

took out battery on mobo

used clrcmos button

took out gpu

took out ram 1 stick at a time

 

still nothing all fans come on and and lights on mobo but theres no output and no bios .

 

i7 8700k

asrock z370 taichi

corsair vengence lpx 2x8 16gb

noctua nh d15

evga supernova 750 psu

asus 1080ti oc

 

Please help i just took a huge pay cut and i would like to diagnose what i need to replace without having to take it somewhere.

error code 00 means the CPU doesn not get power or does not work. have you checked your CPU power cables? maybe they're not plugged all the way in.

from these specs, i guess the mobo is the easiest to break, try take the setup to msi service center?

i will double check them right now then post back but its been working for a few months now and its on the floor out of the way and never moves

ok i reseated the memory left out the gpu and checked that the power connectors are plugged in tight on mobo and on psu end and its still the same other than its not restarting by itself but still no bios and led on mobo still 00.

 

Update : It was a bad cpu.
