So I want to build the cheapest pc possible , just to play some easy to handle games like CS:GO . So I live in greece , and I saw a deal for a pc that has an intel core 2 duo (doesn't specify which one )and an asus p5ql-se . It costs 40€ , but the price is negotiable . I thought , maybe I can find a cheap 4-core xeon on ebay , and 8gigs of ddr2 ram , stick a cheap graphics card like a 750ti , will it be enough ? Thanks for anyone who replies!

Most likely. Even if the PSU doesn't have a 6 pin power connector, anything to plug a 6 pin into the 750 Ti you might find are for overclocking (as it can draw all of it's power through the PCIe slot, stock)

Also, I'd highly suggest getting an SSD

I already have one . Actually look , I have a VS450 , a spec alpha case from corsair , and an 120gb ssd patriot burst. I was going for a better build , but miney ran out , so I want to know whats the lowest I can spend for one.

The 120GB Patriot Burst is good, keep it. I have a Patriot Burst myself

Would definitely replace the dual core with a Core 2 Quad CPU. You can find them on eBay for under 10 pounds for stuff like the Q6600, and there's often bucket loads of them available.

Just check to make sure it's supported by your motherboard before you buy. CPU compatibility list is here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5QL_SE/HelpDesk_CPU/

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450
