another question about watercooling

im ready to buy the parts for my watercooling loop but i can't decide on which radiator to get,im stuck between this:https://www.caseking.de/en/coolgate-cg280-280mm-radiator-schwarz-wara-307.html(A 60mm rad with 7 fins per inch)

and this guy:https://www.caseking.de/en/ek-water-blocks-ek-coolstream-ce-280-waek-1111.html(a 45mm radiator with 16 fins per inch)

my question is which one of those two has the greatest heat dissipation(for fans im using2x noctua's nf-a14 3000rpm)

I have two of the ek rads. Really like them. Great cooling and still have great airflow. Use them with the noctua 2k and 3k variants. 

 

Have an alphacool 280 and 80mm think, low fpi, it’s ok but lacks airflow and with my cases I have to use it as intake. Stacking that and fans makes it quite big. 

For that reason I’d prefer the ek.
