Very specific gpu usage drops! Please Help !

So I have msi nvidia gtx 750 ti 2gb ddr5 128bit  oc edition, 8gb ram dd3, processor is amd phenom II 1055T 6 cores 2,8GHz, SSD Kingston 240gb .

Im playing Counter strike global offensive and PUBG.I started to see how my fps is droping from 200 to 15-40 in cs go and in pubg from 60-70 to 20 for like one minute.

After this happened  I installed msi afterburner to check my gpu usage and I saw that it dramaticly drops to 4%(lowest).

Btw my gpu temperate wasn't going above temperature of 50C.When it was droping in cs go temperature was 35 all the time.My cpu was overclocked so I reset it back to default,i reinstalled my gpu driver ,I reinstalled my windows 10 (clean installation) and still no fix.My power supply is 560w and my motherboard is asus m4n68t-m le v2.

Please someone help me ?

Im using HP L1908w VGA input & output at 75hertz

Why are you stretching the poor card playing on 200+ FPS in the first place?

Yes you push her, by letting her go to 200+ fps

Go V-Sync and 75 FPS!!! It's totally fine

I had feeling that every time I update graphic driver this stutters are getting more often.

But if im pushing her why is the temperature not rising and at 200fps on cs go usage is on 30-40% usage?Btw right now my cpu is overclocked for 7% and temperature is rising up to 50c.

Your monitor have a refresh rate at 75Hz! Any FPS above that is useless and you gain nothing.

Just pushing the gpu to work for nothing.

Its so bad experience to play cs go at 75fps ,there is a lot of stutters and cs go does not requires a high end pc to play,i had nvidia 740 2gb at 150 never had problems like this.

Try limiting the fps to something like 140fps, maybe your cpu is bottlenecking.

Its same, but i think the problem is CPU.

When fps drops my cpu drops from 2800mhz to 1500mhz, my gpu usage drops too.

Im so confused and i dont know what it could be.

Try lowering the fps even further, that's what helped me. Also close all unnecessary background programs.

Its good,my system is clean 100% ,reinstalled it 5 times last 15 hours ?

You could try reinstalling windows, maybe partition your drive and install windows on that partition and see if the game still stutters.

I reinstalled windows but first i've done is i gone to bios and load deafult settings, after that i reinstalled windows and now it works fine on cs go,but i need to download pubg to check how it's gonna handle it.
