Laptop battery issue.

Hello! i have an issue with my ROG gaming laptop, recently its started to shut down without any warning even though i've got a good percentage of battery left, after further inspection i noticed that windows 10 is giving wrong battery status, i installed linux mint and noticed that the laptop only shuts down when the battery has passed the critical battery percentage. so i was wondering if there is a solution for this issue on windows 10 i've tried battery calibration but that didn't seem to have done anything to the issue.

also happens in mine when the battery is at 5%, i think its windows trick to not burn out ur battery fast

no windows shows that the battery is 30% for example then it shut off..

have u tried reinstalling windows?

yea i did and i dont have this issue with any linux distro

maybe this is a windows 10 update bug,
