The what now? Ntech? Did you mean Antec?

If so, by travelling to 2002. Or somehow finding it in a computer recycling center.

 

If you want people to do all the work for you, maybe give more information as to what exactly it is you want and why, because "ntech sx840" gives a whole zero result.
