Work and Gaming Headset

So I work from home, sounds great, but I have three young boys, and they are LOUD. I need a really good wireless headset that I can wear all day at work and for gaming at night, but I need a really good noise cancelling mic so when the heathens are running in the house my employees don't hear them. I have been cruising reviews and websites but haven't found anything that really gave me a good answer, any suggestions?

It would be really nice, I am using a Void Pro right now, I like over ear, the wireless is nice so I can handle the boys and still hear the alerts and pings from the PC when I have to.
