Hey all, I'm building a new system and I wanted some opinions before I buy the case.

I really love the look of the NZXT H500 and basically what I wanted to know is if it will cook my GPU. I'm getting an Asus Strix RTX 2080TI, an i9-9900k and the CPU will be cooled by a Corsair h115i mounted at the front. The 2 stock fans (top and rear exhaust) will be replaced with Corsair LL120 again as exhaust. Is this setup going to kill the GPU?

Thank you!

No, unless you drop the graphics card or something.

Your graphics card will lower its speed if it's running too hot, you don't need to worry much about it.

Ive never heard of cases damaging GPU's. Its al about the airflow in the case, you'll know once you put it together.

At that time you could always buy another case fan if temps are too high, but i don't see in as to why.

The reason I ask in advance is because this case only has 2 slots at the front (already occupied by the AIO) and 1 at rear (only 120mm) and 1 top (only 140mm). If the GPU temps are climbing too high, I have to buy an entire new case, since there will be no way to put more cooling into this one.

mount rad in the top, blowing air out, use 2 in the front as intake, and use the one in the back as out. (my current setup)

just had a look at your case specs. Doesnt allow for top mounted rad. my bad!

If you want GOOD airflow, check out fractal design Meshify C.
