Hey, I'm having problems with two motherboards and was wondering if someone could help me out.

I recently bought a cyberpower pc with a fx 4300, gt 710, 8gb ram, and a msi 760gm-p34(fx) motherboard for $50. All of the hardware seems to work no problem; I can go to bios and everything will be recognized and everything, but whenever I try to go to windows it just gets stuck on a black screen with a white blinking underscore. The weirdest thing about it is that this isn't the first time I've run into this problem. I previously bought a cyberpower pc with an fx 8320, gtx 1050ti, and the exact same motherboard with the exact same problem. I tried everything I could think of like swapping the psu, swapping ram, tested the gpu in a different pc and it worked, checked boot order, flashed bios to the one on the official msi website, used a different motherboard and everything worked, tried a hdd and an sdd and reinstalled windows a few time, and tried multiple sata cables and all of the different motherboard sata slots. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Go into the bios and check boot order. The black screen with white dash means its searching for a boot-able device and not finding one. Its probably locked to something stupid, like checking Disc drive or an old HDD instead of what may actually be there. Sounds like a dumb motherboard being bad at bootable devices discovery

I was somehow able to get it to work by reinstalling windows again using a windows 10 usb, then I removed the ssd and put it into a diferent pc to copy over some games and other files(created a new partition on the ssd for games and files) and now it has the same problem again and it won't recognise my usb anymore and it has error code 0xc000025
