Lower voltage or better CPU cooler/thermal paste. Although 90 Celsius in a synthetic benchmark means your temps during gaming will be well under control.

5.2 is good.  How long are you running your tests?  I typically run Prime95 for 3hrs to establish a stable OC.

 

Without delidding you're going to need to look at lowering voltage or exotic cooling to bring temps down further.

 

 

To give you some context.  I ran an OC test at 5.2GHz on a 8700k with the S36 cooler however my set up is delidded.  My stress test temps max at 81C.  While gaming it doesn't get above 40C

5.2GHz is a very good OC especially at 1.35v, Strong work.
