Changing Windows 10 Voices

Hey first post here hopefully I'm in the right place

Does anybody know if it is possible to add Microsoft Eva or Ivana Voices to Windows 10 for screen reading? I know it is possible to add these voices as a narrator, but having to click is annoying plus the narrator likes to announce everything not just the text on the screen. I need this to read pdfs/other files for school and Windows 10 does not seem all that customizable. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of some hacks or work arounds to what I figured would have been an easy task.
