Intel Wireless Adapter PROBLEM

Hello,

 

Recently my driver update software updated my wireless network adapter driver to "Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160 MHz," and ever since my internet access through WiFi has been slow, and each time I turn the laptop on it forgets the wireless network. For whatever reason the driver data was removed so I can't roll it back to "Intel Wireless-AC 9560" through the device manager. Does anybody have a clue how to fix this? Windows update and Intel PROset Wireless/Software and Drivers seem to just continually reinstall the (I'm assuming corrupt)  "Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160 MHz" driver. I have been trying to find the old driver file or package so I change it back manually but I can't find it anywhere. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
