You can in command prompt using diskpart

or you can reinstall windows and wipe all your drives at the same time in windows boot media

You can either use a disk that came to install your OS, or you can create one by obtaining an ISO or the Windows Media Creation Tool that you can download from Microsoft.

 

Once you plug in the windows boot media it should automatically enter the setup for you, if not you have to change your boot order.

 

Select the settings you want and once you get to the partition section, delete all partitions and the ones left over you format.

 

Select which disk you want your OS to go onto and wait for it to complete.

First check you haven't got any Important data on the drive your wiping though !!!
