Fortnite game settings

I have a 75hz monitor and want to limit to 75fps on Fortnite. I want to do it and know how to by accessing the UserGameSettings in WindowsClient for the folder "FortniteGame". But it won't show up when I click Windows Client and says the folder is empty. I tried reinstalling the game and that did not help either.
