Wireless Network Adapter Help!

Does anyone have a wireless network adapter by EDUP. I recently bought one from them and put it in the PCI-Express slot on my motherboard and downloaded the driver from there website. It made me restart my pc, but how do I know if the device is being used. My last card I had to go to a website and set it up directly and connect to the card on its own WIFI setting. This card isn't showing up In my network options, but on the motherboard the LED for the device is on. Do you guys think it sync'd to my network and I don't have to do anything else. Please help.
